Terms and Conditions
You are required by law to register this must include the following information.*
- Full name.
- Permanent address in full including post code.
- Permanent & mobile telephone number.
- Vehicle registration number if applicable.
- Passport number for overseas visitors.
- Company name, address & telephone number. (if on business).
- Next destination. (overseas visitors only).
(*immigration (hotel records) order 1972, as amended )
Terms and Conditions of payment & stay
- Where no advance reservation has been made payment may be requested in advance.
- Payment is due on departure unless pre paid. less any deposit that may have been paid.
- In the case of long stay guests payment is due on friday of each week.
- payment can be made in cash, cheque supported by a current bank chequeguarantee card up to the card limit made payable to Castle View, debit or credit card. if paying by credit card a 2% sur-charge will be added.
- Company cheques by prior arrangement.
- The management reserve the right to refuse admission.
- Damage however caused will be charged in full.
- The management reserve the right to request proof of identity.
- Check-in times are between 4pm and 8pm, any other times only with prior arrangement
- On day of departure rooms must be vacated by 10am.
- Smoking is not permitted at Castle View.
- Parking permits where issued will be charged at £100.00 if not returned (to cover all costs).
- Lost keys will be charged at £150.00 (to cover cost of changing locks & key replacement).
Castle View Cancellation Policy
- Telephone booking Cancellations
If you cancel your telephone booking prior to 4:00pm (16:00) on the day PRIOR to your arrival no charge will be made to your credit or debit card. - Online booking Cancellations
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours prior to 4:00pm (16:00) before the date of arrival, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed to your credit or debit card within 5 working days. - Cancellations later than the above time will incur a charge for a single night's accommodation, as reserved, which will be charged to your credit/debit card, or in some cases, invoiced to you or your company.
- If a deposit has been paid, it will be forfeited.
- If accommodation has been completely pre-paid, a refund, less the single night's forfeited charge will be given.
